You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 20% of the course content.
A session can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before its time for a full refund. No refund is given after the session takes place.
Send your request through the contact page and include the email you used for the purchase.
We review requests within 5 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method.
